This the 2nd time I've worked with IM. Had first minisplit installed February of, um, 2022 (?) for AC for summer. Had to abandon my beloved in-floor radiant Feb. 2024. I called Scott and he came to speak about alternatives to heating. We decided on 1 ducted unit and 1 in-ceiling cassette. I've found myself wishing I'd NOT done the ducted unit!! Although I'm growing accustomed to my bedroom vent (it IS noisy!!), my bathroom is NEVER warm where I live: near the floor. the vaulted ceiling in bathroom stays warm I think, but heat hardly gets to the floor level. I need another consult with Scott!!

Insight was highly recommended to me a friend and they lived up to their review! Get in touch with them now to be ready for summer. The heat is also cozy these colder days. The day of installation went so smoothly. Very professional and competent.
